Can Tidal Power Create Enough Jobs To Save A Dying Town?

Last week, about 200 people gathered in Eastport, Maine to dedicate the first tidal-power project in the country that will convey electricity to the power grid. The Cobscook Bay Tidal Energy Project will deliver to Maine both clean energy and jobs, though perhaps not enough jobs to save Eastport.
